Dear Sin,

It’s over between us.  I was worried about how this would be 2Delivered to you, but here it is. It’s not you, it’s me.  I’ve 3Changed. You see, I’ve found someone else.  Someone better.  I am confident my 4Life will be happier, freer and more 5Victorious without you.  Who is this wonderful new person, you might ask?  His name is Jesus.  But I call Him 8REMEDY.

Healed,
G2G

Delivered
(Terrell L)

Been delivered; I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more.

(v1) I sit and think back on my life.  Use to hang in the streets.  Be in the club all night.  Straight kickin’ it at the club tryin’a find a guy who will show me some love.  God stepped in right on (on time).  Now, I have peace (of mind).  Don’t need a man to be (happy), because my God’s delivered me.

Been delivered; I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more.

(v2) I often think back on the days raised in the church; a typical PK.  My dad preached about right from wrong but the life in the streets really turned me on.  One day I almost lost (my life).  The drugs, the cars weren’t worth (the price).  I know my mom, she prayed (for me) because my God will deliver me.  I’ve been delivered.

Been delivered; I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more. N’, I don’t do it no more.

I don’t do it no more. I don’t do it no more. I don’t do it no more. I don’t do it no more.

I don’t do it no more. Delivered me, I’m no longer bound. I don’t do it no more. Once was lost but now I’m found. I don’t do it no more. He lifted me from the sinking sand.  I don’t do it no more. Of all my sins, I’m forgiven.

(rap) Yes, sir.  You heard the choir, your boy don’t do that.  My old life of sin, yeah, your boy say screw that because I’ve been forgiven.  I’ve been washed up in His blood.  And now I’m change and rearrange, so walking in His love. I’m a new creature, so I’m pure like a dove.  And when I’m bouta fall, God catches me like a glove.  So you can say that I got it all made but I’m not MTV; I’m renewed everyday.  I’ve got new grace and new mercy.  So I’m asking God everyday, man, to purge me.  I’m not going back to my sins because they hurt me.  God saved a wretched man like me when I wasn’t worthy.  You know when the winter cold hits you, man you shiver.  When the spirit of God hits, you gon’ be delivered.  So come on, Terrell L and G2G clap your hands if you’ve all be delivered.  Yes, sir.

Changed
(Tremaine Graham)

Get your hands up off of me.  I’m covered by His blood. Get your hands up off of me.  I’m covered by His blood.

Things I used to do, I don’t do no more.  Places I used to go, I don’t go no more.  Things I used to say.  Things have changed since You saved me.  Came into my life and then He made a change in me.

(v) Been through storms and rain, sickness and pain, and everything its brings.  When it rains, it pours.  It feels like doors are shut, closed in my face.  Satan tries his best to bring me down and to destroy me.  But I come to let you know we have victory.  Things I used to do, I don’t do no more.  Places I used to go, I don’t go no more.  Things I used to say.  Things have changed since You saved me.

He changed me. Saved me. Delivered me. Set me free.

 Life
(Odell Talley)

(v1) Listen, I’ve been thru trials and tribulations.  Been thru heartaches and disappointments, too.  My life is spinning out of control and I don’t know what to do.  But I know what You promised.  And I know You’ll be there to uphold me when I’m down.  And showing me that You care.

Lord, I just wanna say much obliged for Your grace.  New mercies I see everyday.

Lord, I thank You so much. Lord, I thank You so much. Lord, I thank You so much for my life.  For my life.

(v2) He giveth peace like a river.  I’ve got joy everlasting, too.  How ‘bout you?  I know I do.  Miracles and blessings shower down.  That’s why I’m gonna praise You.  Listen, sometimes my money gets funny and my friends sometimes they act strange, too. But my good days outweigh my bad.  That’s why I won’t complain.  I’ll praise You.

Lord, I just wanna say much obliged for Your grace.  New mercies I see everyday.

Lord, I thank You so much. Lord, I thank You so much. Lord, I thank You so much for my life.  For my life.

Made a way out of no way.  Thank You for my life.  For my life.

Brought me out; without a doubt.  Thank You for my life.  For my life.

Made a way out of no way.  Brought me out; without a doubt.  Thank You for my life.  For my life.

Victorious
(Terrell L, Brandy Jenkins)

Devil, you have no control of me.  Devil, I stand in victory.  Oh devil, you have no control of me.  Devil, I stand in victory.  You try to rob me of my dignity.  You try to strip, you try to strip me of my liberty.  You can't keep me in fear, I belong to God.  You have no power here, I belong to God.

v) Storm it’s time for quiet now.  Storm I need to see clearly now.  Storm, it’s time for quiet now.  Storm, I need to see clearly now.  You tried to haunt me with my past mistakes.  You constantly showed me the errors of my ways.  You have no control of me; I belong to God.  I claim the victory; I belong to God.

Victorious.  Victorious.  Victorious.  Victorious.

Now I stand in victory.  I don’t have to compromise my Christianity.  I claim the victory; I belong to God.  I stand in victory; I belong to God.  I live victoriously; I belong to God.

Remedy
(Terrell L)

S.O.S.  (Save Our Souls)  I’m ashamed.  I confess.  I’m plagued by my sin.  Yes, I messed up, again.  I am worn out of living this way.  I won’t live my life reprobate.  I am desperate.  I am hopeless.  I am distressed.  I am frantic.

God, I’m not well.  Lord, I need Your help.  Don’t wanna live in hell.  Will You, please? Save me; Lord, be my REMEDY!

Mama prays for me.  My friends sin with me.  My sister keeps hating.  My pastor’s too busy.  All my help comes from You.  You’re my Savior.  Pull me through.  If You turn away… Don’t turn away I might die.  I have no more strength to fight.

God, I’m sin-sick.  Lord, I can’t take it.  Don’t wanna live like this.  Will You, please?  Save me; Lord, be my REMEDY!

I’m crying out to You.  There’s no other help I know.  I tired to quit on my own, but this thing won’t leave me alone. Lord, I come to You.  I don’t know what do.  Please, pull me through.  Take control of me.  I know I said I won’t, but I need an antidote.  Oh, Lord save me; Lord, be my REMEDY!

Remedy, remedy, remedy, remedy.  He’s my Remedy.  He’s my Remedy.  He’s my Remedy.  He’s my Remedy.  He’s my Remedy in my time of need.  He’s there for me to set me free.  Remedy, remedy, remedy, remedy.

If you’re sick, He’s your remedy.  Give Him your life before you die!
